VaxRecordNS

A new service will allow most people with a Nova Scotia health card to access their vaccination records online – a faster, easier way to retrieve important healthcare information.

VaxRecordNS will list information since 2008 on school immunizations, some early childhood vaccinations such as measles, COVID-19 and mumps, rubella and varicella (MMRV). Over time, more vaccine records will be added.

Minister Michelle Thompson

Having this service in place will make it easier for people to access their own records and take work off the hands of our public health staff. We’re committed to investing in new systems and technology that will help us provide better and more reliable care to Nova Scotians, and that’s exactly what this service will do.

- Michelle Thompson, Minister of Health and Wellness

People at least 16 years old may use VaxRecordNS and can register online at: vaxrecordns.nshealth.ca/. The vaccination records of children and dependants under 16 years old can be connected to their parent’s or guardian’s VaxRecordNS profile.
